Zebras habitat

Do you want a better world?

Zebras have long legs for fast running in open country. Zebras are "striped horses". Their stripes come in different patterns unique to each individual. They are generally social animals. They live on the plains of east and southern Africa. They move in herds, sometimes with antelopes and gnus.

Most adult zebras stay in family groups throughout their lives. They use their speed to flow from large predators such as lions, hunting dogs, and hyaenas. Zebras eat plants.

Zebras identify each other by the smell. They are in danger of extinction because people hunt them for its fur for different uses.

The name "zebra" comes from the old Portuguese word zevra which means "wild ass".

Some zoologists believe that the stripes act as a camouflage mechanism.

Like horses, zebras walk, trot, canter and gallop. They are generally slower than horses. Zebras have excellent eyesight, great hearing and acute sense of smell and taste. It is believed that they can see in color. Zebra can turn their ears in almost any direction.
Lets do a campain with the importance about zebras ,and future generetions can know what is nature.
